Noting that many of our visitors travelled from London and some appear to be unable to find their way outside of the M25, asides from a twice annual trip to Whitby. From the ashes of Dr. Fell's arises Vagabonds, which is certainly, new, different and exciting.
Paul is a longstanding face on the Goth scene and has been guest DJ at many clubs including Inferno in Camden 's Electric Ballroom, Tanz Macabre, Kryptorium and Blood & Velvet. Outside of London, DJing regularly at Black Machine (Bournemouth), The Calling (Cambridge), Batfink (Sheffield), The Church of Madness (Reading), Intrusion (Oxford), The Coven (Luton).
Paul has also DJ'd by request in support of Rome Burns and The Last Dance during part of their April 2007 tour. Always one to try and give something back to the scene, he has hosted several live acts including The Nosferatu, The Voices of Masada, Rome Burns, Ghost of Lemora, Screaming Banshee Aircrew, The Way of All Flesh, D.U.S.T., Tracer and Novelty Dolls. Currently plans for live performances are on hiatus. However, never say never.
Born in a grim and foreboding city in the West Midlands , finding early solace within the New Romantic movement, he survived, he also escaped. Having moved around, finally boredom and a real job set in and he ended up living in Basingstoke!
Having successfully established and ran Dr Fell's in Basingstoke for almost three years, he determined that the time was right to put the good Doctor to bed and embark upon something bigger, fresher and within the Capital, away from the greying car parks and redundant industrial wastelands of Basingstoke.
